I appreciated that the hotel was peaceful and clean. Brand-new and good-sized room with a big bed overlooking the gardens was enjoyable.- The staff was very polite and immensely pleasant, and the service was excellent.- The location was convenient, being close to Rouen center, the ferry at Dieppe, and the outskirts of Rouen.

Most of the staff spoke english, they made us feel very welcome. We took our dog with us and they made him feel welcome too.

We enjoyed the wonderful restaurant as the food was very good.We had a quiet room which was very relaxing.The staff were friendly and helpful.As we were on our way to Calais it was a great location near the motorway.
The hallway leading to the bedrooms was a bit dated as was some of the decor in the bedrooms.

Location was good for a stopover on the way to Calais
Dining room food was awful. Very very slow service and very poor food. We were very surprised that the hotel permitted two large dogs into the dining room in the evening.

Very convenient location, close to motorway just North of Rouen. The rooms were a good size, very clean and the new beds were extremely comfortable. Would put the beds in much more expensive hotels to shame.

The location in a nice quiet area was perfect and easy and there were a local supermarket and local supermarkets nearby. Magnificent views, the breakfast was extensive with fresh juices, hot dishes, fresh fruit.
